GTM Talent, LLC is a talent search firm that specializes in recruiting for go-to-market (GTM) positions, including sales, business development, and marketing for startups and SMBs, and executive roles in non-profit organizations (NPO).

Founder and Strategic Advisor

Chris Kelleher

Chris Kelleher is The Founder of GTM Talent LLC, and serves in a Strategic Advisor for the firm.

Chris brings decades of leadership experience in sales, business development, and talent acquisition. He has held senior roles at LinkedIn, BT, and multiple health-tech startups, where he helped scale go-to-market (GTM) organizations and recruited hundreds of top-tier professionals across the U.S. and EMEA.

Chris specializes in precise candidate identification, rigorous vetting, and strategic recruitment, leveraging his extensive network in sales, sales leadership, and marketing leadership. As part of LinkedIn’s pre-IPO B2B GTM team, he played a key role in driving revenue growth from $75M to $2B+ and contributed to the development of the LinkedIn Recruiter platform. Serving as a trusted partner to Fortune 500 companies, he gained deep insights into recruiting and talent acquisition strategies from HR and TA leaders at companies such as Dell and Workday.

Chris has a strong commitment to nonprofits and social impact. While at LinkedIn, he served on the board of LinkedIn for Good, the company’s nonprofit arm. He has also held board and leadership roles with organizations such as Make-A-Wish, the American Cancer Society, the National MS Society, and the British American Business Council.

Driven by a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities, Chris is dedicated to helping organizations find the right leadership fit while guiding candidates toward their dream careers.

Chris holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan.

Managing Partner

Todd Humes

Todd Humes is a Managing Director with GTM Talent LLC, bringing 28 years of expertise in talent acquisition, career management, and workforce solutions. He has led high-performing teams and advised small to enterprise-level organizations across the IT, creative, marketing, digital, and tech sectors.

Todd has held leadership roles at Right Management, Experis, Malone Workforce Solutions, and Volt, where he coached, mentored, and built successful recruiting teams. He is recognized for his ability to develop hiring strategies, optimize candidate experiences, and drive revenue growth. In his most recent role, Todd led a struggling market to a 34% revenue increase and a 68% boost in gross profits, fostering a team-oriented, high-performance culture.

Todd's expertise includes:

Todd is an active leader in the talent acquisition community. He is a member of SHRM’s Talent Forward committee and the past president of the Society of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting (STAR) Chicago, where he developed educational programs and networking events for the recruiting industry.

Todd holds a B.S. in Psychology from SUNY College at Cortland and is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) – Staffing Industry Analysts.
